Active subscribers gain entry to Google Classroom, which functions as the central learning management portal. Content includes lesson notes, slide presentations, assignments, practical exercises, assessments, revision materials, and official notices.
Access to Google Classroom is strictly restricted to registered participants with active subscriptions and automatically expires when the subscription period ends unless renewed.
Healthy Africa Hub maintains official WhatsApp support channels for academic guidance, administrative communications, general enquiries, and clarification of lesson questions. These channels complement live teaching and should not replace regular class attendance or participation in Google Classroom activities.
Students receive educational assets including notes, worksheets, assignments, revision sheets, practice questions, assessment tools, proprietary textbooks, and additional resources. These materials are provided exclusively for the individual educational use of the enrolled student.

While Healthy Africa Hub is committed to delivering top tier instruction and support, no guarantees are made regarding specific examination grades, institutional admissions, scholarships, rankings, or employment outcomes. Individual success relies heavily on attendance, personal study habits, consistency, motivation, and exam preparation.
All intellectual property on the platform belongs exclusively to Healthy Africa Hub. This includes videos, slides, notes, tests, textbooks, logos, and website content. Students are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, uploading, publishing, sharing, selling, redistributing, or commercialising any proprietary materials without written permission.
Students must not engage in prohibited activities including sharing credentials, allowing unregistered participants into sessions, disrupting classes, harassing others, uploading malicious software, misrepresenting identity, or interfering with platform operations.
Tuition fees are payable in advance for each billing cycle. Except where mandated by law or explicitly authorized by management, all payments are final and non-refundable. Missed classes, internet issues on the student end, or personal schedule conflicts do not qualify for refunds.
Healthy Africa Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access immediately without prior notice if a student violates terms, shares proprietary content illegally, displays disruptive behaviour, defaults on payments, or harms the brand or learning environment. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.
We continuously upgrade our educational framework. Teaching methodologies, lesson layouts, tech tools, curricula, and resources may be updated, modified, or replaced whenever necessary to enhance quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Africa Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are also exempt from liability for service interruptions caused by factors beyond reasonable control, such as internet grid failures, power outages, or third-party platform downtime.
Personal information gathered during onboarding is managed in line with our privacy framework, utilized purely for delivering educational services, sending notifications, tracking records, and improving operations.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without overriding mandatory consumer protections applicable in international students' home jurisdictions.
We may modify these terms periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our official portal. Continued use of the service implies agreement with the revised conditions.
